issues. We have assisted numerous employers in preparing employment plans and handbooks,
in preparing executive agreements, non-competition agreements and employment termination
agreements. In many situations, employers should consult their attorneys about complex or
potentially difficult employment decisions. Our ability to advise such employers is a value added
benefit to the general business counseling we provide to our corporate and business clients.

We also represent persons who have been unlawfully or unfairly terminated from jobs. Our
experience representing employers give us a fair and full perspective of the issues and the
concerns and strategies of the employer. Our current practice focuses on wrongful termination
and executive termination cases. We have also litigated numerous Title VII and related claims
over the years. In light of the decline of "at will" employment in Colorado, employees concerned
